We are an Independent Travel Agency that have been based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire for over 28 years. After working for 15 years at Kitts Travel and being a partner – Hazel bought out the Potters bar office and renamed it Travel with Kitts Ltd.
We are experts in all different types of holidays. Our well trained and well travelled staff are on hand to offer you unbiased travel advice with a first class service for which we are renowned. We’ve been to the places that we’re happy to send you to!

Hazel Bryant: Director
Hazel has worked in the travel industry for 17 years, now a Director, looking after the running of the business. However, she more excitingly specialises in planning long haul trips, skiing holidays, golf trips and luxury bespoke holidays.
In 2013 she travelled to Zambia and the Seychelles and in 2014 Hazel travelled to Mauritius to do hotel inspections as well as Prague for a conference. For her own holidays she went to Greece and Las Vegas.
2015 was a busy year with Hazel going to Grenada, Miami to visit hotels and her own holiday to New York. In 2016 Hazel visited the Far East and in 2017 visited the wonderful Abu Dhabi and Costa Rica.
2018 Hong Kong and Dubai and then the States in 2019 along with the beautiful Puglia in Italy.
2020 was the year of the Channel islands seeing war tunnels and visiting Jersey zoo. In the last 2 years I visited Croatia and Barcelona.
2023 Hazel looks forward to visiting Ibiza as well as a long haul spot yet to be chosen!
2024 Hazel did hotels inspections in Turks and Caicos and was lucky enough to travel with Canadian tourism to the East coast of Canada, For her main holiday she went to Sardinia and also enjoyed a city break in Vienna
2025 included Ship visits and Sailing in Greece of the coast of Lemnos as well as Guernsey and the Caribbean

Georgina has a very important role at Travel with Kitts and that’s Accounts executive
She pays out our suppliers, hotels and sorts out airline payments and refunds
Georgina also looks at short haul enquiries and cancellations

Rachel has worked in travel for over 20 years and enjoys putting together long and short haul itineraries
In particular Rachel has excellent knowledge on Sri Lanka, India, Latin America, Far East and many short haul destinations in Europe
She also enjoys putting together Luxury rail trips and Solo adventures

Sue McCaig: Admin Assistant
Sue has worked for Travel With Kitts for over 11 years and is a big asset to our team. Sue’s role is to look after our clients once they have booked their holidays with us ensuring that all of the important information is covered – Sue will check any necessary visas, add additional passenger information to your booking and double check all booking confirmations before you leave for your holiday.
Sue regularly visits Chicago in the USA where her son lives with his wife.
